Perma Blend Tina Davies Dusty Pink is a soft neutral pink PMU lip pigment with a light to medium value for a natural looking finish. Classification: base color for lip blushing and lip micropigmentation. Use it on its own or blend it to create subtle custom shades that heal evenly with balanced tone and dependable retention.
The formula is vegan and cruelty free in a 1/2 oz bottle for studio workflows. Shake for at least 1 minute before use. Do not mix with water. Adjust viscosity only with the brand’s Shading Solution. Store at room temperature away from direct light. Shelf life is 12 months after opening and up to 3.5 years unopened. Broad suitability across fair, pink, beige and olive skin tones.
