SVT Shop is a locally owned and independent business created to provide artists, apprentices, and studios with dependable products, knowledgeable service, and a better shopping experience.
What began as a small local store has continued to grow through the trust of our customers and the support of the El Paso community.
OUR STORY
SVT Shop opened its first store in El Paso in 2021 with the goal of creating something different.
From the beginning, we focused on listening to our customers. We wanted to understand which products they used, which brands they trusted, what they could not find locally, and what they wanted to see in our stores.
Those conversations continue to guide our decisions. Month after month, we work to add requested products, expand our selection, improve our services, and create a shopping experience that responds to the real needs of our customers.
Our growth has happened gradually. We are still a growing business, but every new customer, returning artist, recommendation, and conversation has helped us move forward.
LISTENING COMES FIRST
One of the most important parts of SVT Shop is listening to our customers.
Customer requests help us decide which products to add, which brands to explore, and which services may provide the greatest value. When several customers ask for the same product, we take that feedback seriously and investigate whether we can add it to our selection.
We may not be able to bring in every requested product immediately, but customer feedback remains an important part of how we grow.

Our primary focus is tattoo supplies, while continuing to expand our selection of PMU, piercing, and studio supplies. Whether a customer is setting up a new station, replacing an essential product, exploring a new brand, or purchasing everyday studio supplies, our goal is to make the process clear, comfortable, and dependable.

SVT Shop currently operates three locations in El Paso. Our online store allows us to serve customers across the contiguous United States while continuing to support the community where SVT Shop began. Although our physical and online operations continue to grow, our standards remain the same: dependable products, clear information, and professional service, in store and online.
