This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through or in connection with:

• the SVT Shop website and online store;
• registered customer accounts and guest checkout;
• the SVT Shop Rewards Wallet;
• online orders, shipping, and eligible local delivery services offered at checkout;
• customer service, returns, exchanges, defect evaluations, and warranty-related communications;
• voluntary newsletter and promotional email subscriptions, when enabled;
• artist or contributor information provided with permission for publication by SVT Shop;
• purchases and other interactions at SVT Shop physical stores; and
• store safety and security systems, including video surveillance.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to employment or job applicant information. It also does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party websites, applications, financial providers, social media platforms, manufacturers, carriers, or other services that operate under their own privacy policies.

Our online store is intended for a general audience in the United States. Online ordering and delivery availability are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Certain products may be subject to separate age, location, shipping, or in-store purchase restrictions.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us, the features you use, the products or services involved, and the settings used by our website and service providers.

A. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE DIRECTLY

We may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and delivery address.
• Account information, such as login credentials, saved addresses, account preferences, and account status.
• Order and transaction information, such as products purchased, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, shipping or delivery selection, order status, transaction history, store location, receipts, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refund or credit information.
• Rewards Wallet information, such as eligible purchase activity, promotional rewards, return credits, purchased or gift balances when applicable, redemptions, adjustments, reversals, and account activity associated with the Wallet.
• Customer service information, such as the content of emails, questions, complaints, return requests, defect claims, photographs or videos of products or packaging, and other information you choose to provide.
• Marketing information, such as your email address, the source and date of a subscription, and subscription preferences when you voluntarily request promotional emails.
• Artist or contributor information, such as a name or professional name, social media handle, photographs, artwork, portfolio content, biographical information, links, and records of permission provided to SVT Shop. Permission records may include messages or screenshots from an artist’s official social media account.
• In-store transaction information, such as receipts, purchase details, return information, and the store where a transaction occurred.

Please do not send us complete payment card numbers, card security codes or CVVs, online banking passwords, digital wallet credentials, Social Security numbers, one-time verification codes, or copies of government identification by ordinary email. Please also avoid sending medical information or other sensitive information unless it is reasonably necessary for us to address your request and we have provided an appropriate way to send it.

B. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Payment methods available through our website currently include payment cards processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank payment, and financing services such as Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay. A particular method may not appear for every transaction because availability can vary by device, eligibility, location, or provider.

Complete card, bank, digital wallet, or financing credentials are generally collected directly by the applicable payment or financial provider and are governed by that provider’s privacy policy and terms. SVT Shop may receive limited payment-related information made available by the provider, such as:

• the payment method;
• billing information;
• a transaction or payment identifier;
• authorization, decline, or payment status; and
• limited account details, such as the last four digits of a payment card.

SVT Shop does not receive or store a customer’s complete payment card number or CVV through its ordinary merchant view. SVT Shop personnel will not ask a customer to send a complete card number, CVV, online banking password, one-time verification code, or complete digital wallet credentials for storage in customer service records.

C. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When you use our website, our systems and service providers may automatically collect information such as:

• Internet Protocol address;
• browser type and version;
• device type, operating system, and general device information;
• referring source and pages viewed;
• links, buttons, or site features selected;
• dates, times, approximate session duration, and navigation activity;
• cart, checkout, purchase, and abandoned-cart events;
• account, authentication, fraud-prevention, and security events;
• cookie identifiers and cookie preference selections;
• website errors, performance information, and security logs; and
• approximate location derived from an Internet Protocol address.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and move through the shopping process. Depending on the visitor’s choices and the website configuration, Google Analytics may help us measure page views, interactions, traffic sources, session activity, cart activity, checkout progress, purchases, abandoned carts, device and browser information, and general website performance. We use this information to understand customer behavior in the aggregate, improve usability, identify technical or checkout problems, and evaluate the performance of our online store.

SVT Shop does not use a visitor’s device-level precise GPS location for ordinary website operation or local delivery eligibility. Local delivery eligibility is determined using the address entered by the customer and the delivery options made available at checkout.

D. INFORMATION RECEIVED FROM OTHER SOURCES

We may receive personal information from:

• Comercia.io and other providers supporting our website, customer relationship management, point-of-sale, account, newsletter, inventory, and Rewards Wallet functions;
• Google Analytics;
• Stripe, banks, card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank payment providers, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and other payment or financing providers involved in a transaction;
• shipping platforms, local delivery providers, and carriers;
• fraud-prevention, security, identity-verification, and chargeback providers, when used;
• customers who identify an authorized recipient for an order or delivery;
• artists, contributors, and social media platforms when information or publication permission is provided through an official account;
• publicly available sources; and
• public authorities, professional advisers, and other parties when permitted or required by law.

We may use personal information to:

• provide, maintain, and operate our website and physical-store services;
• process payments and complete transactions;
• fulfill, ship, deliver, track, and manage orders;
• create and administer customer accounts;
• operate the Rewards Wallet and record rewards, credits, balances, redemptions, and adjustments;
• communicate about orders, payments, deliveries, returns, defects, account activity, and service notices;
• respond to questions, requests, complaints, and customer support matters;
• evaluate eligible returns, exchanges, damaged items, incorrect items, and product defects;
• verify transactions, prevent fraud, manage chargebacks, and protect accounts;
• maintain inventory, transaction, tax, accounting, and operational records;
• use Google Analytics to understand website activity, ecommerce performance, cart abandonment, usability, and technical issues;
• monitor and improve website reliability, performance, usability, and security;
• protect the safety, property, and rights of customers, employees, SVT Shop, and others;
• investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our policies;
• comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, law-enforcement, and recordkeeping obligations;
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and enforce our agreements;
• send promotional emails only after a separate voluntary subscription; and
• publish artist or contributor information within the scope of documented permission provided to SVT Shop.

We may use information for another purpose that is compatible with the context in which it was collected. If applicable law requires consent for a materially different use, we will request consent before beginning that use.

A. NECESSARY TECHNOLOGIES

Our website and ecommerce platform may use cookies, local identifiers, and similar technologies that are necessary to:

• keep the website functioning;
• maintain a shopping cart and checkout session;
• authenticate accounts and help protect account security;
• remember website and privacy selections;
• process transactions;
• prevent fraud and abuse; and
• maintain website reliability and security.

Necessary technologies cannot always be disabled through website controls because the website may not function correctly without them.

B. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Google Analytics is a non-essential analytics service used to measure website and ecommerce activity as described in Section 3. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar online identifiers and may receive information about a visitor’s browser, device, approximate location, referring source, pages, interactions, session activity, cart events, checkout events, and purchase events.

SVT Shop uses Google Analytics for measurement, internal reporting, troubleshooting, and website improvement. We do not use Google Analytics to send promotional emails, determine whether a person may buy a product, or make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Under our current practices, we do not use Google Analytics together with Google Ads for remarketing or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Google may process analytics information under its own terms and privacy documentation. Information processed by Google and its service providers may be stored or processed in more than one country.

C. TECHNOLOGIES WE DO NOT CURRENTLY USE FOR ADVERTISING

Under our current practices, SVT Shop does not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or session-replay tools. We also do not use Google Ads remarketing or advertising-audience tools to deliver targeted advertising based on activity across unrelated websites or services.

We may update our technology providers in the future. Before using personal information for a materially different analytics or advertising purpose, we will update our disclosures and provide any consent or opt-out control required by applicable law.

D. COOKIE CHOICES

Our Comercia.io ecommerce platform supports a cookie-preference interface. When the interface is enabled and displayed, it may provide choices such as:

• Accept All;
• Reject Non-Essential; and
• Manage Preferences.

Necessary technologies remain enabled. When analytics controls are available, you may reject or disable Google Analytics without disabling technologies needed for the cart, checkout, account security, or other essential functions. You may revisit a selection through any Cookie Preferences control displayed on the website. The platform may retain a record of the selection, including the date, categories selected, and applicable policy or banner version.

When the cookie-preference interface is enabled, non-essential analytics is configured to follow the selection made through that interface. We will obtain consent before activating non-essential technologies when applicable law requires prior consent. A choice applies prospectively and may not delete information already collected before the choice was received.

If a Cookie Preferences control is not displayed or available, you may use browser settings to limit or delete some cookies and may contact [email protected] with questions. Browser settings may not stop every non-cookie transmission. Blocking or deleting certain technologies may affect website functions or reset a prior preference.

Creating an account, placing an order, contacting support, or accepting the general Privacy Policy does not by itself constitute consent to receive marketing.

E. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, our website does not currently respond differently to that setting.

Global Privacy Control is designed to communicate certain opt-out requests. SVT Shop does not currently sell personal information or use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. As a result, a Global Privacy Control signal does not change those current practices. Our ecommerce platform’s automatic technical recognition of Global Privacy Control may vary. If applicable law requires a recognized opt-out preference signal to be treated as a request, we will process it as required. When Cookie Preferences controls are available, you may also use them to reject non-essential analytics, or you may contact [email protected].

Providing an email address for an order, account, delivery, return, support request, or guest checkout does not enroll that email address in marketing. Our existing customer-account list is not treated as a promotional mailing list merely because a customer created an account or made a purchase.

When the SVT Shop newsletter feature is enabled, Comercia.io supports the operational delivery and management of the newsletter. We send promotional emails only after a person takes a separate voluntary action to subscribe. A subscription choice must be separate from account creation, checkout, customer service, and acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

Each promotional email will provide a clear way to unsubscribe from future promotional messages and will include a valid postal address for SVT Shop. We will honor an unsubscribe request within the period required by law and ordinarily no later than 10 business days after receipt. We may retain a limited suppression record, such as the affected email address and opt-out status, to prevent the address from being added back to future promotional campaigns without a new voluntary subscription.

Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not stop transactional or service communications that are reasonably necessary for an order, payment, account, delivery, Wallet transaction, return, warranty, product recall, security matter, or other existing customer relationship.

SVT Shop does not currently send promotional SMS or text messages.

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:

A. COMERCIA.IO AND ECOMMERCE SYSTEM PROVIDERS

We use Comercia.io and related systems to support website, customer relationship management, point-of-sale, account, inventory, newsletter, order, and Rewards Wallet functions. These systems may process customer, account, order, support, marketing-preference, and website-use information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their terms and privacy documentation.

Comercia.io may use affiliates, contractors, infrastructure providers, or other subprocessors. The countries in which Comercia.io and all of its providers process information, their backup cycles, and their individual retention periods may vary and are not represented by SVT Shop as limited to the United States.

B. GOOGLE ANALYTICS

We disclose or make available online identifiers, device and browser information, referring information, page and interaction data, and ecommerce events to Google Analytics for measurement and reporting. Google processes analytics information under its applicable terms, privacy documentation, and the features configured for the applicable Google Analytics property.

C. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL PROVIDERS

We disclose information to Stripe, banks, card networks, Apple Pay, Google Pay, direct bank payment providers, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and other parties involved in processing, authenticating, financing, preventing fraud, or evaluating a transaction. These providers may collect information directly from the customer and may act independently under their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

D. SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND LOGISTICS PROVIDERS

We may disclose names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, order details, and delivery instructions to shipping platforms, local delivery providers, and carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL when necessary to fulfill or manage an order.

E. BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDERS

We may disclose information to providers of email, website hosting, data storage, domain and network infrastructure, security, fraud prevention, customer support, accounting, recordkeeping, and similar services that help operate our business. The information provided is limited based on the service and legitimate business purpose involved.

F. PROFESSIONAL ADVISERS, INSURERS, AND AUTHORITIES

We may disclose information to attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, financial institutions, government authorities, regulators, law enforcement, courts, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate wrongdoing, respond to legal process, address an incident, or establish or defend legal claims.

G. BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

Personal information may be reviewed, transferred, or disclosed as part of a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

H. AT YOUR DIRECTION

We may disclose information to another person or organization when you request or authorize us to do so, such as an authorized recipient for an order or delivery.

SVT Shop does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. We do disclose personal information to the operational, analytics, payment, delivery, and other recipients described in Section 7, but we do not currently use those disclosures to sell personal information or deliver cross-context behavioral advertising.

SVT Shop uses Google Analytics for internal measurement and website improvement. We do not currently connect this use to Google Ads remarketing, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or advertising audience tools for targeted advertising based on a person’s activity across unrelated businesses, websites, or applications.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years of age for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The Rewards Wallet is a customer benefit connected to eligible account and transaction activity. It is not offered in exchange for permission to sell personal information, use information for targeted advertising, or enroll a customer in promotional marketing. An eligible account may receive Wallet functionality without a separate marketing subscription.

If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice, consent, opt-out mechanism, or recognized preference-signal response required by applicable law before applying the new practice.

A. VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

SVT Shop physical stores use video surveillance for safety, security, loss prevention, incident investigation, and protection of customers, employees, and property.

Our current surveillance practice is video-only. Audio recording is disabled. We do not use facial recognition or create biometric identifiers from surveillance footage.

Surveillance footage is stored locally on physical digital video recorders at the stores rather than in a third-party cloud service under our current setup. Routine access is limited to the owner of SVT Shop. Footage may be exported or disclosed when reasonably necessary for an incident, insurance matter, legal claim, law-enforcement request, safety matter, or legal requirement.

Under ordinary system operation, surveillance footage is overwritten approximately every month. Actual footage availability may vary based on recorder capacity, system operation, camera activity, maintenance, or technical events. Relevant footage may be preserved for longer when reasonably necessary for an incident, investigation, insurance matter, legal hold, legal claim, or legal obligation.

SVT Shop provides notice of video surveillance through this Privacy Policy. SVT Shop will display and maintain visible video-surveillance signage at monitored store entrances.

B. VISUAL IDENTIFICATION CHECKS

For certain age-restricted products sold only in physical stores, or when reasonably necessary to release an order to the correct authorized recipient, an employee may visually inspect a government-issued identification document.

Under our current practice, SVT Shop does not scan, photograph, photocopy, or retain the identification document during a routine visual check. We do not request government identification for an ordinary receipt-based store return or an ordinary online purchase. If a different verification method becomes legally necessary, we will provide an appropriate notice before collecting additional information.

A. GENERAL RETENTION CRITERIA

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by law. Because legal and operational needs differ by record type, we do not apply one retention period to all information.

When deciding how long to retain information, we consider:

• the nature, sensitivity, and volume of the information;
• the purpose for which it was collected or used;
• whether an account, Wallet, order, warranty, return, dispute, or customer relationship remains active;
• fraud-prevention, chargeback, security, recall, and safety needs;
• applicable tax, accounting, recordkeeping, limitation-period, and legal requirements;
• the ability to delete or deidentify information within the systems used by SVT Shop and its providers;
• backup and disaster-recovery cycles; and
• pending claims, investigations, legal holds, or requests from authorities.

B. EXAMPLES BY RECORD TYPE

Subject to the criteria above:

• Order, payment, tax, accounting, and transaction records are retained for the period reasonably necessary to complete the transaction, address disputes or chargebacks, maintain accurate business records, and comply with applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations.
• Account and Rewards Wallet records may be retained while the account remains active and for a reasonable period after closure to document balances, redemptions, adjustments, disputes, fraud prevention, and legally owed amounts.
• Customer service, return, defect, warranty, recall, and dispute records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve and document the matter and protect legal rights.
• Cart and checkout information may be retained for operational, recovery, analytics, fraud-prevention, and customer-service purposes, subject to system settings and applicable choices.
• Marketing subscription records may be retained while a subscription remains active. Limited suppression records may be retained after an unsubscribe request to prevent future promotional messages.
• Cookie and analytics preference records may be retained as reasonably necessary to remember and demonstrate a visitor’s selection.
• Google Analytics information is subject to the settings of the applicable Google Analytics property and to Google’s retention and deletion practices. The exact retention period may vary based on those settings and the type of analytics information involved.
• Security, fraud, and chargeback records may be retained as reasonably necessary to protect SVT Shop and its customers and to comply with provider or legal requirements.
• Privacy request records may be retained as reasonably necessary to document the request, verification, response, appeal, and compliance.
• Surveillance footage is ordinarily overwritten approximately every month unless preservation is reasonably necessary, as described in Section 9.

Information may remain for a limited period in backups or archival systems after it is removed from active systems. Backup information is subject to the security controls and deletion or overwrite cycles of the applicable system or provider. We do not promise that all copies can be removed immediately.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete it, deidentify it, aggregate it, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal holds, system limitations, provider obligations, and applicable law.

C. ACCOUNT DELETION AND WALLET BALANCES

SVT Shop closes or deletes a customer account upon the customer’s request after completing reasonable verification and addressing outstanding transactions, subject to information that must or may be retained under this Policy and applicable law.

Before closing an account at the customer’s request:

• We will inform the customer of unused promotional rewards reflected in the account and provide a reasonable opportunity to use valid promotional rewards before closure. Unused promotional rewards end when the account is closed and are not converted to cash unless required by law or the applicable promotional terms provide otherwise.
• Return credits will be resolved or otherwise settled before account closure in accordance with the applicable Return Policy and law.
• Purchased balances, gift card balances, and other amounts acquired with money will continue to be honored according to applicable terms and law. Account closure does not eliminate those amounts.
• Refunds and other amounts legally owed to the customer will continue to be honored and will not be eliminated because the customer requested account deletion.

We may retain a limited record after closure to document the request, settlement of balances, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and other legitimate purposes described in this section.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. Depending on the system and information involved, these safeguards may include account authentication, secure website connections, access limitations, physical protection of store systems, fraud monitoring, provider security controls, and reasonable review of suspected incidents.

Direct access to significant customer information in the SVT Shop CRM is currently limited to the owner of SVT Shop and authorized personnel of Comercia.io or its providers when reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, or maintain the platform. Access through other payment, delivery, analytics, and service providers is governed by the provider’s role and systems.

No website, database, service provider, digital video recorder, or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account passwords and for notifying us if they believe an account or personal information has been compromised.

If we discover a security incident involving personal information, we will investigate and provide notices to affected individuals, the Texas Attorney General, other regulators, or other parties when and within the periods required by applicable law. The threshold for notifying a government authority may differ from the obligation to notify affected individuals. We will not assume that an incident affecting fewer than 250 Texas residents is automatically exempt from all notification obligations.

A. RIGHTS THAT MAY APPLY

Depending on your state of residence, the law applicable to SVT Shop, the nature of the information, and available exceptions, you may have the right to:

• confirm whether we process your personal information;
• request access to personal information we maintain about you;
• request correction of inaccurate personal information;
• request deletion of personal information;
• request a copy of certain personal information in a portable format;
• opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, when applicable;
• withdraw consent when processing is based on consent; and
• appeal an eligible decision concerning a privacy request, when applicable.

SVT Shop may choose to honor a reasonable request even when a specific state privacy law does not legally require it. Voluntary assistance does not mean that every listed right or privacy law applies to SVT Shop or to every request.

Because SVT Shop does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not maintain a separate sale or targeted-advertising opt-out page at this time. When the Cookie Preferences control is available, you may use it to reject non-essential Google Analytics. You may also contact us with any privacy question or request.

B. HOW TO SUBMIT A REQUEST

Please describe the request and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant account, transaction, or records. You do not need to create a customer account to submit a privacy request.

C. VERIFICATION

To protect personal information, we may verify a request using information reasonably related to the account or transaction, such as confirming access to the email address associated with an account or requesting limited information about a recent order. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification.

Please do not send a copy of government identification by ordinary email. We will request identification only if exceptionally necessary and permitted by law. If that occurs, we will first explain why it is needed and identify an available method appropriate to the sensitivity of the document. Do not send a copy until we provide those instructions.

Where permitted by law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may request reasonable proof of the agent’s authority and may contact you directly to confirm the request.

D. RESPONSE TIMING, DENIALS, AND APPEALS

The owner of SVT Shop monitors [email protected] and maintains a manual record of privacy requests, verification, scope, response, and appeals.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law. When a 45-day response period applies, we will respond within 45 days after receiving a verifiable request, subject to any legally permitted extension. If an extension is necessary, we will provide notice and an explanation when required.

We may deny or limit a request when an exception applies, including when information must be retained for a transaction, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax or accounting purposes, dispute resolution, protection of another person’s rights, or establishment or defense of legal claims. When required, we will explain the basis for the decision.

To appeal an eligible decision, email [email protected] with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. We will review and respond within the period required by applicable law. If an appeal governed by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act is denied and that law applies to SVT Shop and the request, our appeal response will provide a method for contacting or filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General. Where another applicable law requires regulator complaint information, we will provide that information as required.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

A. CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT

The categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 3. The purposes for which we use personal information are described in Section 4. The categories of recipients to whom information may be disclosed are described in Section 7. Information about cookies, Google Analytics, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control is provided in Section 5. The process for requesting review, correction, or deletion of information is described in Section 12.

Google Analytics may collect information about a visitor’s activity on this website over time for analytics and ecommerce measurement. Under our current configuration and practices, SVT Shop does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or another advertising pixel to track visitors across unrelated websites for cross-context behavioral advertising. Independent third parties may collect information when a visitor chooses to click a third-party link or use a third-party payment, financing, social media, or other service.

We notify users of a material change to this Privacy Policy through the process described in Section 17. The Effective Date and Last Updated date appear at the beginning of the Policy.

SVT Shop operates in the United States. Store surveillance footage is currently stored locally on physical recorders at the monitored stores, subject to the practices described in Section 9.

Other personal information may be processed or stored in the United States or in other countries where Comercia.io, Google, Stripe, other payment or financing providers, carriers, infrastructure providers, or their affiliates and subprocessors operate. Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you live.

We do not represent that all personal information or backups are stored only in the United States. We use providers based on operational needs and seek to address privacy and security through provider terms, available settings, appropriate oversight, and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, providers, legal obligations, or business operations. An updated Policy will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date and policy version.
