Perma Blend Royal Red is a professional PMU lip pigment in an intense red with medium opacity. Classification: base color for lip blushing and lip micropigmentation. Use it on its own or blend it to build deeper custom reds that implant evenly and heal true to tone.
The formula is vegan and cruelty free in a 1/2 oz bottle. Shake for at least 1 minute before use. Do not mix with water. Adjust viscosity only with the brand’s Shading Solution. Store at room temperature. Shelf life is 12 months after opening. SDS documentation is available.
