Perma Blend Pillow Talk is a professional PMU lip pigment in deep pink with medium opacity. Classification: base color for lip blushing and lip micropigmentation. It can be used on its own or blended to build custom shades that heal evenly with reliable color retention.
The formula is vegan and cruelty free, supplied in a 1/2 oz bottle for professional workflows. Shake for at least 1 minute before use. Do not mix with water. Adjust viscosity only with the brand’s Shading Solution. Store at room temperature and protect from direct sunlight. Shelf life is 12 months after opening and up to 3.5 years unopened.
