Perma Blend Passion Red is a professional PMU lip pigment in a vibrant red with an orange hue and low opacity. Classification: base color for lip micropigmentation that lays down a sheer, natural finish and heals predictably. Use it alone or blend it to craft custom reds with stable, consistent results.
The formula is vegan and cruelty free in a 1/2 oz bottle for studio workflows. Shake for at least 1 minute before use. Do not mix with water. Adjust viscosity only with the brand’s Shading Solution.
