Perma Blend Blended Black is a deep black PMU eyeliner pigment with high opacity. Classification: base color for eyeliner and lash line enhancement. Its iron oxide and carbon blend delivers saturated, precise lines and controlled shading for professional eyeliner techniques.
The formula is vegan and cruelty free in a 1/2 oz bottle. Shake for at least 1 minute before use. Do not mix with water. Adjust viscosity only with Perma Blend Thinning or Shading Solutions. Store at room temperature and protect from direct light. Shelf life is 12 months after opening and up to 3.5 years unopened. SDS documentation is available for compliance. Carbon based eyeliners are recommended for experienced artists.
