The story behind StarBrite Colors

StarBrite says Tommy Sr. founded Tommy's Supplies in 1994, credits Tom Ringwalt as the visionary behind StarBrite Colors, and says Tom Jr. works with chemistry, science and dermatology experts on the inks. Its FAQ describes a certified ISO 8 clean room with HEPA filters, cleaned and sanitized before and after each color is produced.

StarBrite also tells buyers how to spot the real thing: authentic bottles have black twist caps, clear and sealed bottles, and a label with the company address and the registered trademark symbol. Beyond single bottles, its own catalog includes Signature Series inks and sets of 5 to 50 colors.
