Perma Blend

Perma Blend is a U.S. maker of PMU pigments for brows, lips, eyeliner and scalp micropigmentation. The company says it was founded in 2013 and that its pigments are made in South Carolina. SVT Shop carries a wide range of Perma Blend 1/2 oz pigments, from everyday brow browns and lip colors to correctors and shading solutions.

How Perma Blend makes its pigments

Perma Blend describes its pigments as hybrid formulations designed to heal true to color and hold up in real studio conditions. The company says it validates product safety through third-party testing under ISO 11137-2 sterilization standards and develops its formulas to meet Europe's REACH regulations. It also states that every product in its EU line is certified by CTL GmbH, and it lists a 2023 Innovation Award from the World Eyebrow Festival.

Perma Blend also works with other artists on its colors. Its collaborations include the Tina Davies collection and Mandy Sauler, and it is the partner behind Evenflo, a separate pigment line created by artist Lulu Siciliano that we carry as its own brand.
