How Evenflo describes its pigments
According to Evenflo, its formulas are designed for smooth flow and high saturation in PMU machines and for accurate color after healing. The brand says its pigments are vegan, cruelty-free and gamma-ray sterilized, and that they comply with EU-REACH and ResAP standards. Its range includes Lips, Brows, Eyeliner and Neutralizers, plus AlterWhite brighteners and correctors such as Colorizer and Illume. Perma Blend also lists Evenflo among its own product lines.
